We will set goals each week and record everything from food to environment. This will help you discover what is contributing to some of your more severe symptoms so we can reduce them. You will receive a journal to help you record this information.
You will receive a list of foods that contribute to inflammation and joint pain as well as foods that can help reduce inflammation. We will also work on keeping your immune system healthy.
You will also receive tips and suggestions that may be lifestyle related than can help alleviate some of your symptoms as well.
We will meet 1x a week via phone for approximately 30 mins.
Any questions will be answered within no more than 24 hrs via email.
Most important of all! Expect to feel energized, more focused and have less pain by the end of these 30 days. You also have the option to continue on if you feel you need it. We will explore this at the end of the 30 days.
